Ans. In our device there is virtual Odometer, It is not connected with the actual Odometer so It cannot read the rotation of your vehicle according to your wheel dimensions, it will calculate the distance with GPS scale, so you have to check and update your Odometer according to actual odometer.

Ans. First send the check command then get the delivery report that it is received by the device or not. If recevied then please check the GPS antenna(Tpro-03), In TPro-02/03 please check the Lights of the devices, If it is not receving command then Please check the wiring, If everything is working fine but it is not showing live then please reconfirm the IMEI which you had added in a account.

Ans. First check the device is live or in offline mode, if it is live but showing different location then please check the device first.

Ans. Please check the ignition wire, If it is connected then check the setting of a sensor by editing the object, The parameter value of ON is true in small letter and parameter value of OFF is false in small letter.
